However, like all fine jewelry, proper care and periodic maintenance are essential to preserve its brilliance and longevity. This guide outlines how to care for your jewelry and explains the warranty coverage we provide to our valued clients.

- Remove jewelry before exercising, swimming, bathing, or using cleaning agents.
- Avoid direct contact with lotions, perfumes, hairsprays, and harsh chemicals.
- Wipe your jewelry gently with a soft, lint-free cloth after each use to remove oils and moisture.
- Store items separately in padded jewelry boxes or fabric pouches to prevent scratches and tangling.
- For diamond jewelry, avoid ultrasonic cleaners unless professionally advised, especially for prong-set or antique pieces.
2. 📦 Storage & Environmental Recommendations
Extreme temperature changes, direct sunlight, and humidity can affect both metal and gemstone integrity. Do not store jewelry in bathrooms or areas with moisture exposure. Use anti-tarnish bags for sterling silver or 14K gold pieces.
3. 🧪 Professional Cleaning & Inspection
We recommend having your jewelry professionally cleaned and inspected at least once a year to ensure that settings, prongs, and clasps remain secure. Our team offers complimentary cleaning services for Goldstone Diamond LLC customers (excludes shipping).
4. 🛡 Warranty Coverage
We proudly offer a 12-month limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchases. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship. Covered repairs may include:
- Loose prongs or stone settings
- Clasp malfunction on chains or bracelets
- Surface finish or plating issues (within warranty window)
What is NOT covered:
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, dings, discoloration)
- Lost stones due to impact or negligence
- Bent bands, crushed settings, or water/chemical damage
- Unauthorized repairs by third parties
5. 🔄 Repair & Replacement Process

- Your order number and full name
- Clear photographs of the issue
- Brief explanation of when and how the issue occurred
Our team will review the request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. After inspection, we will offer a repair, replacement, or store credit. Shipping to our facility is at the customer’s expense; return shipping on approved warranty cases is covered by us.
6. 🔧 Out-of-Warranty Repairs
Even after your warranty expires, we are happy to assist with professional repair services for a reasonable fee. All repairs are performed by our master jewelers in a secure workshop environment. A written repair quote will be provided before any work begins.
7. 📝 Customization & Modifications Disclaimer
Any unauthorized modifications, resizing, soldering, engraving, or repairs performed by other jewelers will void the warranty. We strongly recommend contacting us for all alterations to preserve warranty eligibility.
8. 🧾 Proof of Purchase
Warranty service requires original proof of purchase from Goldstone Diamond LLC. If you received your jewelry as a gift, please request a copy of the receipt or have the purchaser contact us directly.
9. 🔒 Insurance Recommendation
We highly recommend that all customers insure their fine jewelry under a personal policy (e.g., renters or homeowners insurance). Our warranty does not cover loss, theft, or accidental damage beyond manufacturing defects.
