Return Eligibility
- Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, free from scratches or alterations, and in pristine condition.
- Original packaging, certificates (including IGI reports), and accessories must be included.
- Jewelry that has been customized, engraved, resized, or specially commissioned is non-returnable.
- Items exhibiting signs of wear or tampering cannot be accepted.
Exclusions

Return Shipping
To maintain the security of fine jewelry:
- Returned items must be shipped with insured and trackable methods.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged.
- Gold Stone Diamond is not liable for return shipments lost in transit.

- Custom-made, personalized, or engraved items are non-returnable unless there is a production defect.
- Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

- We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
- Gold Stone Diamond is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

5. Refunds

8. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-designed pieces, including rings resized or altered per your request.
- Jewelry that has been worn, scratched, or damaged after delivery.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Gift cards or digital downloads.
9. International Orders
International customers are responsible for return shipping fees, customs duties, and VAT. We do not cover any international return-related expenses. Please contact us prior to shipping a return to ensure all compliance requirements are met.
