As such, we are subject to U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) rules, anti-money laundering (AML) policies, Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols, and U.S. State-level consumer protection laws. Your use of our platform constitutes consent to all legally required identity checks and fraud monitoring procedures.

4. Product Authenticity & Certification

All diamonds and gemstones sold by Goldstone Diamond LLC are guaranteed to be natural and conflict-free, in accordance with the Kimberley Process. Many items are accompanied by grading certificates (e.g., IGI, GIA, EGL) and are explicitly described on the product page. We reserve the right to replace or update certificates with equivalent alternatives where necessary. Digital and physical certification methods may vary based on item value and location of production.

5. Pricing Policy

Due to the volatile nature of precious metals and gemstone markets, all prices are subject to change without prior notice. Pricing is confirmed only at the moment of successful checkout. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy; however, in the rare event of a typographical or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders and issue a full refund.

6. Order Confirmation & Right to Refuse

Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This does not constitute final acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: payment issues, verification failures, suspicious activity, or product unavailability. 7. Payment Processing

We use secure, encrypted payment gateways such as Shopify Payments and PayPal. By submitting payment information, you warrant that you have the legal right to use the method. Payment fraud will be prosecuted under applicable federal and state laws. We may delay processing for large or custom orders to perform additional verification checks.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically and internationally via insured carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS). All packages are fully insured until delivered. Delays caused by customs, weather, or courier error are outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon confirmed delivery. Signature confirmation may be required on high-value shipments. For international orders, you are responsible for any duties, taxes, or VAT.

9. Return & Exchange Policy

Returns must comply with our posted Return & Refund Policy. Custom, resized, or engraved items are non-returnable. Returned items must be in original condition with all documents and certifications. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria or to deduct damage/restocking fees.

10. Repairs, Resizing & Service Warranty

We offer repair and resizing services at an additional charge unless otherwise stated. All services are handled in our secure workshop by professional jewelers. Items sent for service must be insured by the customer. We are not liable for items lost in transit or damage caused by third-party repair attempts.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All site content—including logos, images, product descriptions, videos, text, and digital design—is the sole intellectual property of Goldstone Diamond LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.

12. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if abuse or security breaches are detected.

13. Force Majeure

Goldstone Diamond LLC shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, acts of God, internet failure, labor disputes, or government restrictions.

14. Legal Compliance & Fraud Monitoring

We cooperate with law enforcement and financial institutions to monitor, prevent, and prosecute fraudulent activity. Orders flagged by our fraud detection software may be delayed or canceled pending manual review. We reserve the right to report any suspicious activity to federal authorities.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Boca Raton, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.

16. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the website following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
