Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees and local taxes, which are the responsibility of the client.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

As a luxury fine jewelry brand dealing in natural diamonds and high-value precious metals, our shipping policy is designed with elevated care, insurance, and transparency in mind. Please review the following details carefully before placing your order.
1. Shipping Destinations
- Domestic Shipping: We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories where carriers are available.
- International Shipping: We currently ship to over 30 countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact 📧 info@goldstonediamond.com for a custom shipping quote.
2. Processing Times
All orders are subject to processing before shipment. Standard processing times are:
- In-stock items: 1–3 business days
- Customized or resized items: 5–10 business days
- Made-to-order or special items: 10–21 business days
Processing excludes weekends and U.S. national holidays. During seasonal peaks (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day), processing may require additional time.
3. Shipping Carriers
We primarily use the following trusted carriers for high-value shipments:
- FedEx (Priority Overnight, 2-Day, International Priority)
- UPS (Next Day Air, Worldwide Expedited)
- USPS (Insured Priority Mail, Signature Confirmation)
4. Shipping Methods & Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, chosen delivery speed, and product value. Orders above $1,000 within the U.S. automatically qualify for free insured shipping. International orders over $2,000 may also qualify depending on destination.
Expedited shipping options are available upon request at an additional cost.
5. Signature Requirement & Insurance
All shipments are fully insured against theft, damage, or loss during transit. For security reasons, signature is required upon delivery for all orders over $500. If you are unavailable to sign, the courier may leave a delivery attempt notice or redirect to a secure location.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes for orders exceeding $1,000.
6. Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You may track your package through your carrier’s portal or directly through your account dashboard on our website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after shipping.
7. Risk of Loss & Title
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier. Goldstone Diamond LLC is not responsible for stolen packages after carrier confirmation. If your item is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier immediately and file a police report if necessary.
8. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged, opened, or tampered with, you must report it within 48 hours of receipt to 📧 info@goldstonediamond.com . Include clear photos of the packaging and contents. A formal insurance claim will be initiated, and resolution may take up to 14 business days.
Lost packages must be reported within 72 hours of the expected delivery date for eligibility.
9. International Shipping Notes
- Customers are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees.
- Delays due to customs are beyond our control and may vary based on country-specific regulations.
- Customs declarations will reflect accurate values as required by international law.
- Packages returned to us due to unpaid duties or incorrect address will be refunded minus shipping and restocking fees.
10. Delivery Timing & Guarantees
Estimated delivery windows are provided by the carrier but are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events are not the responsibility of Goldstone Diamond LLC. We recommend ordering ahead for time-sensitive occasions like weddings or holidays.
11. Shipping to Third Parties
We offer gift shipping to alternate addresses. For security, all orders shipped to an address different from the billing address may be subject to additional verification. Gift recipients will not receive pricing information unless explicitly requested.
12. Unclaimed or Returned Shipments
If your order is returned to us due to refusal, failure to sign, incorrect address, or inability to deliver, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. If we do not receive a response within 7 days, the item will be restocked, and a refund will be issued minus all shipping, insurance, and restocking fees.
13. Modification of Shipping Terms
Goldstone Diamond LLC reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted to this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
