Delivery Address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order. Any request for an address change must be submitted to our customer service team as soon as possible. Delivery Inspection

Items eligible for return must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. All original packaging, documentation, and certificates (where applicable) must be included. Personalized, engraved, resized, or custom-made jewelry pieces are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Refunds are issued using the original method of payment. Credit card refunds are processed back to the original card, subject to the processing times of the issuing financial institution. Bank transfer refunds are made to the customer’s designated bank account.
